TOUR RESERVATION
Please complete the following form, submit it and mail your deposit within 48 hours. A statement of account will be sent to you a few days after we receive your deposit. Should you have any question do not hesitate to contact us. Use the comment box for questions or requirements such as optional tours or special needs.
Please fill out the form accurately to the best of your knowledge. Your email is required, and you have to specify a tour number for the form to be accepted and processed successfully.

First and last name MUST be spelt exactly as given in your passport, or in your birth certificate if your passport application is being processed.
Mistakes are costly as airlines charge penalties for corrections.

Rooming requirements
Indicate your choice. Single supplement applies on single rooms. Some tours offer quad or dormitory style rooms, in this case select "Other"

If you know the names of your roommates, indicate them here and advise them to register promptly.

Celestial Voyagers will do the utmost to allocate you a roommate and avoid you paying the supplement for a single room.

Before you submit
